Hmmm, I'm tempted for Super D even though I said I would never race.

The xc is known as a more technical xc track. The super D is true super d. and the DH is an easier than normal dh track.

They have so many trails/lines and they switch it up. +xc having a more techy feel. The super D is definitely technical, but super fun. I actually crashed there during my first super D race, those rocks are not forgiving!!

Not always :) When the courses are split the Expert course usually has some good stuff on it. The beginner/sport courses are pretty tame though, so when Donny does host a 1 track race he slights on the easier side for the Beginners.

I'll be there racing my last Sport DH race ever. -:) Moving up to expert next season!!:bang:

Roxy, Come say hello at the Incycle Pit. I'd really love to meet you in person :)

I'll make a point to do that, would love to meet you as well. DHDoll aka Donna and Revelimage have encouraged me many times to come ride Super D bc they know how much I love riding rock features.

Super D could be raced on a HT. You may be a at disadvantage depending on the HT and you skill level on that bike. I raced my Honzo last year for the few races I did. XC most have HT from what I remember.

Agreed. Sometimes the pro/ex courses are very, very serious. I watched a guy (Dakota Dulmage I believe) pull a 700 lb boulder on top of himself while falling on a steep section two years ago. Could've been crushed but for the quick reactions of the spectators. It can get pretty gnarly out there.
