Turnbull Canyon ride for Sunday, 09/28?

    Just curious if there was any interest for a ride (first timer) for Sunday, 09/28..start time at 08:00 am? I know there is the 7th St. entrance and Beverly..I'm open to either..just trying to see if there was any interest in this.

    they're doing that at Turnbull? j/k It says 1:00PM from Virgin, UT..I assume we'll be done in couple hours..back in enough time to watch it..?

    Jack Lee, aka Dakit, lives there behind one of the bushes and rides there every weekend around 8:00. You may be able to tag along if you like a lot of breaks, bad jokes, old man piss breaks, slow pace, etc.

    Unless you do more than one lap, rides in Turnbull are 8-12 miles depending on which loop you take, and the climbing is not huge so 2 hrs max. I usually complete the 8 mile loop in 1 hr, maybe 1.5 hrs if it's a group ride.

    I'd be up for joining the ride but 8am might be too early for me.

    My usual figure 8 loop is about 8+ miles, 1750' elevation gain. Should be no more than 2 hours at group ride pace. HAB crew +BS pace will be 3+ hours depending on which member is going to show up. Lol
