    Another thumbs up. There website does provide "In-Stock" info. I've placed an order with them and was happy with the price, shipping was fast too.

    Another thumbs up. In fact, I have called them before I ordered to ask questions and their staff is super knowledgeable about their products, etc.

    Highly recommended (and no sales tax!!!)

    Yes it does, but it wasn't updated when I tried to order some pedals from them and they were out of stock but the web site stated otherwise. They did send me an e-mail to later to give me a heads up so that was cool. I woulnd't hesitate to use them again.

    A part I wanted said it might go to back order and out of stock. I called and the rep was able to locate it for me at one of their warehouses. Part arrived 3 days later. :bang:

    +1. Even if your item is out of stock, they are pretty quick to inform you and ask if you want to cancel or wait. Rest of the order was shipped out promptly.

    I have had very good experiences with tree fort bikes, they seem to always have the lowest price and if you find it cheaper elsewhere their price match is pretty quick. As others have noted the customer service is very good, one time I complained on Twitter that they hadn't shipped an order yet that I made 4 days earlier, they saw my tweet and upgraded me to overnight shipping. That was pretty sweet.

    Only drawbacks: It will take longer than if your buying on the west coast since they are in Michigan, and I wish the free shipping was available on orders for less than $125
