Some seatposts just don't allow for full seat-tilt adjustment?

Running a basic Easton on my HT. I have it on the furthest nose-down setting I can get.....but it's still level to slightly pointing nose-up:(

What seat posts allow for the best range of adjustment? What I have now 'taint too comfortable;)

If it's a two bolt design like most of the Easton's you can get a longer bolt which will give more adjustment. I'd make sure the seatpost isn't backwards (easy to do with a zero setback post).

I had the same problem with me Thompson post. They make a lower rail clamp with different offset. East on may also make one.

I have an Easton EC-90 that's never been on a bike. It's brand new. It's carbon. It's sweet. I paid quite a bit, but never got around to installing it on the bike. I'd let it go for dramatically less than it cost. I'm only minutes from The Heights... your girlfriend lives there, right? I can take it out of the box and photograph it if you like.

Fixed- the top 1/2 of the clamp was in fact spun around backwards. Thus....and it's kind of hard to describe, I wasn't able to slide the seat all the way back and get the lowest nose-angle that I could with the clamp spun the other way. Embarrassing. I've only been riding for 100 years....and built 10 bikes.#-o Can't wait to get out there and not hate being in the saddle.
