Nothing but props to The Darren (old SocalMTB peeps will remember that classic thread)!

I love the Push'ed RP3 on my Spot. If I could only get the Pike up front to ride as great...I know, Push can do their thing on the Pike. Maybe when my wallet isn't looking ;)

curious: how much performance difference between a PUSH'ed DHX 5.0 coil compared to non Pushed? how much to send it thru fed-ex/ups? and whats the turn around?

Another double thumbs up for PUSH. The bottom out bumper on my PUSHed DHX coil split apart. I sent the shock to PUSH last Friday via 2-day mail, and I received the shock back today (Friday). They took care of it under warranty. One week from door to door is pretty damn good!

    oops...sorry for the duplicate post.

  10. I hear they have training wheels on their bikes, wear shoes on the wrong feet, and listen to Celine Dion constantly! All suspect activities, indeed. :-k

I put in three phone calls to PUSH yesterday over the course of four hours and there was nobody there to answer the phone each of the times I called.
I then sent in an e-mail, which was replied next day, to which I replied within 5 minutes with another question (9:18 AM this morning) and have not gotten a reply.

    Is this typical for them?

I work in a customer service-based industry and I'd get my ass handed to me if I let my phone ring out when people called so maybe I just have an unrealistic expectation.

no its not typical for them. Maybe they were drinking green beer, like most of us. They dont have a customer service dept. so when you call you are talking to someone that actually works on bikes. I guess its a double edge sword huh?

Sent my DHX 4.0 to PUSH on Tuesday this week. Received my tracking number for return shipment this afternoon. Can't wait to try it out this weekend. That's what I call service.
