just scoped it out in person. should be pretty cool. I'd like to have it be a bit flatter, but the hillier parts will be good build huge berms into without much worry. that's a lot less work right there. just need a bit of moisture to be able to do much with the dirt. once set it'll be rock hard though :bang:

So you mentioned somewhere near the jumps right? If you want flat why not build a track over at the Bowl?

One of the coolest features I've seen in tight spaces is using the side of a series of whoops as a berm. Double up your shoveling efforts and build two features in one.

the bowl's a tad sketch actually. we've kinda given up on it. :?: this place is a bit easier to get away with.

oh I know this. the crossover from clockwise to counter clockwise is going to use the lips of a few berms as rollers, and the faces of a few rollers are going to be spread out to make berms too :bang:

okay guys. I'm going to plan on somewhere around the end of next week for a build day. gonna skip this weekend since there's the fontucky race, and I've got school all week. I'll letcha guys know for sure. I may see if some closer locals wanna go help mark out the track so work can go smoothly.

It would be cool to build one near JPL...

... in that pit they call Devils Gate Dam or what is now referred to as "Hahamongna Watershed Park". The problem would be moving lots of river rock and dealing with the city.

The rain today should make the dirt pretty easy to work with.
