You know you have at least one, so lets hear them... 1. when people practically stop to turn right, or turn right from the middle of the lane.
2. Change lanes in front of me at the last second as traffic is coming to a stop. Guys driving those little compact cars have no idea that 8000 pound trucks don't stop as quickly, and that they're car may become even more compact. And that would suck; I'd hate to scratch my light bar.
dont blaze thru yellows when i am trying to. people who try turning into a parking lot after going through an intersection and leaving everyone stranded in the intersection with oncoming traffic.
heres another... people that dont follow the unwritten rule of merging, where every car lets one car in....but then you get the occasion a-hole who wont let you in because that extra car length is just too much to give up.
Hybrid drivers who, trying to eek out that last 1/2 mpg, drive 50 mph in the carpool lane. People with those crystals hanging from the rear-view mirror are seemingly blinded by those crystals, causing them to drive stupidly. You'll note that many bad drivers have these crystals.
How about hybrid drivers who think that hybrids save gas on the freeway so they buy one to commute 50 miles with, when in reality the benefits of a hybrid are really only achieved in stop-and-go city driving? Man that makes me giggle.
Where to start with CA drivers....... Enormous gas guzzling 4wd SUV's whose only purpose is one up manship or a refuge/safety net for soccer Moms People wandering about in their lane due to yapping on the phone. Stop lights all over the place because no one understands that a roundabout is more efficient method of traffic filter that allows people to use their own judgement. 16yr olds driving powerful cars. American car salesman.
or how about the people with CD's that dangle from the rear-view mirror, wtf is up with that?!?!? ironically the guy who designed the traffic circle/round-a-bout here in long beach died in an accident on it, word has it that his son did too a few years later. back to the peeves, people that cut in line because "they just need to get change for a meter" or what not...uhhhh, so this makes their time more important than everyone elses so they feel the need to cut in line?
Don't forget that they spent about $2500 extra on the POS (after incentives). Wait a few years when they have to buy a replacement battery, then we'll see how much money they claim to have saved. That's the same. In my best Napolean Dynomite voice "IDIOTS!"
I hate when I'm bike commuting and the sight of my bike suddenly causes people to suspend all rational thinking and stop to watch me ride. The worst is when I am slowing to stop at a stop sign and as I approach the intersection I'm going very slow so I don't have to unclip, but not stopping and the opposite car waves me through, yielding their right of way. This puts me in a bad position because now, if they were to hit me, I might be in the wrong since I took their right of way, but worse, I've already killed all of my momentum to stop for them. They're not doing me any favors by waving me through. That pisses me off because I was planning on, and timing my pedaling to go right after them. Grrrr!
people that dont push in their section of a revolving door and freeload on your pushing. people who have there tray on the cashier line (cafateria style) and dont move it up so you can stop carrying your tray and place on counter as well
Drivers who use other cars like cones. People who include the price when describing their expensive cars. "That's my $150,000 Ferrari" or "That's my $230,000 Bentley" When two or more people stand in the middle of a walkway and have a conversation, blocking the rest of us. Having to wait 10 seconds between searches!!!
Thats usually because of the short comings of the freeway system. Some people want to go faster than others and due to having no lane discipline people sit around the same speed causing others to have to thread in and out of them to get anywhere. A supreme example of one person blaming another for what is a situation of their own making?
People who let their dogs run around out in public places, and the owners say, don't worry it's a nice dog it doesn't bite. Well don't tell me that because I will tell you all dogs bite even the "nice" ones. Ask my 7yr old daughter who recently got bit in the face by a "nice" English mastif.
