Ok, so I bought some SixSixOne Kyle Strait knee pads online before X-mas. Retailer was called www.XSportsProtective.com

Pads were $47 for the pair. They arrive within 3 days, even on the lowest shipping rate. So I've worn them twice, and they have come unstitched slightly at the bottom. So I call the Customer Service dept this morning to see what they would do

Its now 2 o'clock and they have already shipped me a new pair, without even seeing mine, plus they have included a pre-paid shipping label for the returns
