These guys are my LBS. They are starting to swing some killer deals, both on and off line.

They are having a Titus Demo day (trailer there from Titus) on May 2nd.

They are not my local shop at all, but I will travel 2 hours to go there before I go anywhere local! They are a great shop, and Shane Kelly knows his crap--and builds some amazing wheels!:bang:
People should definitely go check the shop out!

They're my "LBS" too even though I live 50 miles away (but used to work just across the freeway). I've been going there since 1996. Mike, Shane, Warren & Steve are a great crew. It would be an understatement to say that they have always treated me superbly. They also have a very good stock of small parts.

Glad to hear it, fellas. For those of you driving a long ways, Shane & team told me the other day they are willing to ship. Also, Ben told me there was going to be a HUGE TITUS sale surrounding the Demo Day.

I needed some shock bushings recently for my son's Giant Reign. I called Shane, he had them in stock and they arrived at my house in the mail the following day :bang:

If only I can find odd parts from other LBS which sadly only this LBS carry, I would never set foot on the that store again. Everytime I go there, my experience is not good. The older guy with the moustache has an attitude and I experience it every visit. Also the older lady (not sure if these people are the owners) would look at you like you are going to steal something.

Ok. Nothing to see here. Just ranting

I've lived around the corner from that shop for 20 years and I've heard a million nightmare stories about that place and I've experienced a couple myself.

Yeah, it kinda took a different turn!

ShockTherapy - No, you are not imagining things. In fact, this shop has a very long and sordid history. However, I will say this... things have improved there. I've heard plenty of people recommend Shane. I've never met him, but he must be a good guy.

I'm cool with the fat guy (didn't get his name) back at service/tech department. The people on the sales floor, not so much.

The fat guy knows more stuff than most of us will ever know. Instead of going off of really old things that happened long ago, go in and ask for Ben Cox or Shane Kelley. They have a great shop and will do what it takes to make you welcome. Stuff that happened years ago is just that, stuff. Trust me, they have stuff that most shops don't have.

    Fair enough.
That shop has always been a well stocked shop. In that regard, I agree, it's one of the better shops around SoCal.
