Rode it downhill on Saturday and it was a blast. Pretty fast at the top and bottom then you have to slow it up for the tight switchbacks in the middle. Made a really fun loop

That strava segment, as far as timing goes, is incorrect. Nobody is blasting thru that new singletrack section in less than 2:13 at 24 mph.
Just saying the segment is correct, just not the times.

You look at the dates and those fast times were before the reroute. Maybe the segment needs to be reset or something.

    yup....original segment >>> http://app.strava.com/segments/861998 (I know about this one, I made it! :) )

here is the new one >>> http://app.strava.com/segments/1012826

you can see the new one has the reroute and the original one doesn't. Strava transferred my time from one to the other although I have not ridden the 'new' one down yet.

Let me ping Strava and see what they say, it would make sense to simply not include the results from anytime before the day it was opened.

My bro and I rode the new camarillo today and it was super fun. I would like to say THANK YOU those involved in the berms and pavers. I might have to start riding this section a bit more often cause it was sweet.

I did get a reply that said essentially they can't fix it. I am not sure they clearly understood the situation from the reply though. They do not have a date based filter. I did remove the original segment (I had created it), so that's gone but my results still show up in the new one. One strange thing is the other segment shows up in segments I created even though I didn't (?!?) but it does not give me the option to delete it. I tried!! (update, I was wrong, it shows up in 'my segment' but not ones I created)

Maybe the best thing is to have whoever created the new one delete it and create another one?? I dunno, it seems more complicated than it should have to be.

Rode it this morning. Fun little trail and longer than I expected. Definitely a very nice addition.

Checked the reroute out tonight on the SS. New trail is great. Next time I'll go down it though. Two thumbs up to whoever made this happen.
