I was LMAO when I saw this thread...11pages of bitching and moaning...so typical

Jenson is a great site but WTF did you all expect would happen?

They have some Pro-elite repair stands with cosmetic damage for 175. That's forty dollars off...not so bad. Too bad I have an ultimate stand already.

How about not waiting for a single day to post sale items? Constantly update the site with sale items throughout the year instead. That way, it gives a reason for people to check the site every so often.

Went thru all 23 pages now. Is it me or the prices are nothing like the parking lot sales of the past?

Hmm, I went thru 26 pages. Their servers & traffic didn't clear up till after 10:30am. 9:00 was a un-responsive as expected. EASYDNS hosting jensonusa.com couldn't handle the traffic.

Hey guys, sorry for the technical difficulties with the web site this morning. We tried everything, within our financial resources, to be sure that the server would be able to handle the traffic that we were expecting, but once again you all surpassed our expectations.

This year will be a learning experience for us to be sure. I still believe that in the long run it will be easier for everyone for us to continue to offer these special deals on-line. Perhaps after the sale, we will continue to carry the "dent and scratch items" on-line and not have one big sale day.

Thanks to all of you who understand and support our efforts. And also to those who are frustrated too. Your comments will help make it better in the future.

    Thanks Again,

    ~CC

Is the online pricing similar to the previous sales? They are cheaper, but i don't see any deals that would warrant standing in line for hours.

My order went through.. It took about 30 minutes to find something I needed and get the order in. Better than driving 2 hours round trip from Santa Clarita.VERY SLOW for an internet transaction, but I guess that was expected...

I think most of the stuff has come from the Outlet or Closeout section, so I guess they do:-k

I thought there were some good deals, still are if you have money for a complete bike or frame. Killer deal on a Scott cross bike and El Guapo for $1400. I guess we all expect to walk away from these sales with Fox forks for $100 or $50 frames.
Can't beat a Hoss shirt for $6 or a new Helmet for $25.

The Parking Lot seems to have emptied out...

Even though it is virtual...seems like it has "emptied" out about the same time...like in the past physical Ontario Parking Lot Sales. The site is responsive now. Had no problem completing my sale. :)

Just took a different kind of patience. Missed the physical seeing others, things, hoarding kids, vendors, etc. I still have my free JensonUSA t-shirt from years ago.

And so have this thread (emptied out).

    204 = Posts from 9:00am to 2:00PM

10 pages = Increase of postings from 9:00am to 2:00PM

140+ = Height of peeps watching this thread

30+ = Peeps watching this thread now

Can one of the moderators see if this set a record?

All in all, this was a very interesting morning!

Sounds like Jenson got their advertising money's worth today and on this thread alone.
