    In no way do I condone riding kids in those child seats on the back of bikes. I think they should be made illegal but I see it this way and I'm only one person. This fireman lost control and shot a guy for it!

    The irony is that he was mad that the guy was putting his kid in harms way so he shot him. What happens when the dad gets hit and falls off the bike and the bike falls over? Is the kid supposed to jump out of the seat and land safely on the ground? lol What a nut!

    Simple answer: Innocent until proven guilty (convicted in a court of law). If you say it's obvious he's guilty where do you stop making such judgements?

    im going to go out on a limb here and not make such judgements when it sounds more like a "he said, she said" compared to a case where theres tons of witnesses (busy tunnell) and a practical confession. (according to the report). i think too many people like to give the benefit of the doubt to too many idiots. no offense this is just my opinion.
