My Prediction about 11:30PM for HB .... Guess I am excited Count down to first post to "Where to Ride After Rain" in 5...4...3...2...1...
Looks ominous... and promising. Say, does anyone know the best place to ride after a r.... never mind.
That'll clear up by tomorrow. Aliso Friday at noon? Ebenke - Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk, which really sucks.
If I can be picky, I wish it was coming down at a steeper angle and not sucking in subtropical with it so it'd leave more snow in the Sierras.
Something tells me your post has a hint of sarcasm in it, but there are certainly places to avoid on the Loop shortly after the rain. Actually for a few days really. There are a lot of areas that have that clay type dirt that can't even be hosed off. It definitely sucks when your wheels can no longer spin and you gotta carry your heavy bike while slipping on clay mud.
I wish it was cold enough to dump some snow up by four corners. Cant wait for hero dirt!! must be patient.......
Good job on jacking up the best trail in all of California! How about you just stay off this trail or any trail right after the rain?!?!?
More to come.... NOAA’s GOES-West satellite took this image of a Pacific storm approaching California on February 28.
It better hurry up and get cold before the moisture is gone or all these snow predictions for the local resorts are going to make the forecasters look kinda silly.. snow level at 9,000 does no good around here.. Mammoth is getting dumped..
it's crazy here in Temecula. trees and fences down all over the place. I didn't expect so much wind! coming down again hard now.
