Hayes customer service is Awesome!

    Been pulling my hair out trying to get my hands the band bolts for an old set of hayes brakes. They have those awkward clamp style bolts that always strip before the lever actually tightens. I even tried a hack method fix with parts from the hardware store with no luck. I called Hayes today and talked to a guy named Shannon who told me he will find some and mail them to me at no charge! Im so stoked I just wanted to pump them up a bit and let you guys know that the customer service was awesome.

    It was Hayes direct line. The number is 888-686-3472 and I pushed option 3 for tech support/service.
