    Gravity Pirates Racing DH Clinic

Are you having trouble getting your suspension to work for you and not against you? Wanna fly through rock gardens and learn to rail corners without dragging your brakes? Gravity Pirates Racing is holding a suspension tuning/body positioning clinic for downhill riders at the Ted Williams trails in Poway. GPR team riders and the gurus from GarageWorks Suspension (http://www.garageworkssuspension.com/home.html) will be giving classes on suspension setup and body positioning to help you become a faster rider. We will cover; cornering, rock gardens, and jumping. The riders will be split into three groups based on skill level and will receive class instruction along with time for practical application. We will have ReplayLocker on hand to film all riders and riders will have 24 hours of access to their videos through ReplayLocker (http://replaylocker.com/). We will provide a pizza lunch for all paying attendees. This clinic is limited to 20 riders and will fill up fast, so sign up soon!

Go to this link to sign-up: http://tinyurl.com/gpr-dhclinic020214

After you fill out the link and submit, there is ANOTHER link in the confirmation page that will direct you to a PayPal link to pay for the clinic

    The cost is $49/person.

If you have any questions, please email our team manager Tara at: [email protected]

This sounds very promising! I took my first DH clinic at that same location and learned a lot, but your itinerary sounds even better than the feedback I received. And what is the date for this clinic?

Ahhh, sign up sheet says February 2 - a pre-Super Bowl super session.

Can I still sign up if I don't have a DH bike? I want to learn the skills but only have an FS XC bike.

    Thanks,

I wish I could make it. These guys are super nice people and great instructors. I learned a lot at one of their jump clinics.

Watching Super Bowl, only have HT and purely XC FS bikes, and i can't feel my left foot. Three strikes and i'm out. This is the exact class i need, though. Hope it does well and there's another class in 3 months.

Great deal. You gonna teach skidding technique? J/k. I'll try to make it though.

I'm signing up. Only have a fs. Think if you needed a dh bike it'd specify that. Just says mountain bike though.
