    I was hoping there was Youtube footage of a Lynx jumping across the trail and knocking you out. Underwhelmed . . . :lol:

    Sounds similar to an excuse I tried to use to get out of a common core training day. :)

    Lynx took me out a month ago. Went down in between the first and second step on the steep part, skipped of the second step with my hip.

    Holy crap, that must have been a hard hit! That's scary to not be able to remember walking out of there and waking up in the hospital the next day!

    Glad you're feeling better and have a good sense of humor, as always. Take it easy and get some rest. Don't want to mess around with a head injury like that.

    Hahaha, that news article...Chris, have you had an MRI done on your shoulder? Whats the range of motion like? Reason I ask is dislocations often cause rotator tears. I am recovering from an intense rotator surgery last Friday...Healing vibes man!
