fork seal changes

    Anybody know of good place for fork maintenance, IE area,I live in Rancho Cucamonga. Is under60$ unreasonable?

    Depending on the service but $100 is more likely if seals are needed. What kind of fork? How old?

    You could always buy the seals and service them yourself.

    Both Fox and RS have pretty good info on their sites.

    That at way could be done for well under $60.

    You tube is your friend for DIY repairs... Sometimes the MFG has how to videos. At least Fox does.

    Couldn't agree more with this. With all the resources available online it is pretty easy to learn to do this yourself. Much cheaper than having a shop do it, and it will give you a better understanding of how the fork works etc.

    Just make sure you set aside ample time to do it the first time you try, and be patient.
