Fork Issues?

    Brutal, but dude needs a torque wrench for the bolts in the bottom. Think I'll go check mine now....

    That's either the result of a crappy mechanic or lack of maintenance.

    Came in a little fast too.

    No sign of oil coming out, so it likely drained out beforehand, so it is possible there was an issue with the lower bolts.

    I was talking with a guy at a trail break at Whistler earlier this year, and he realized his stem was a little loose, so I loaned him my multi-tool. Turned out ALL FOUR BOLTS mounting the stem to his dual crown fork were very loose. Some people just don't maintain or check out the basics before hitting the lifts.

    the lowers were still attached to the front wheel. didn't think this was possible.

    It's a dual crown fork, the fork stanchions are black, and the vid was uploaded almost 4 years ago. That recall was for Fox '13 Evo series 120-160mm travel forks. Recalled fork seems like it'd fail in the same way though.
