For Sale: 2006 KTM 450EXC perfect

I'm selling my 2006 KTM 450 EXC. This thing is in mint condition since it's rarely been ridden. It only has 195 miles on it!

This is arguably the best desert bike made - crazy fast, great suspension, factory stock it's already got most of the trick stuff you'd pay extra for on a lot of the Japanese brands.

Electric start and kick stand make this a very friendly bike to ride.

Upgrades: EE handuards, skid plate, exhaust shield, radiator guards, rejetted carb, reusable SS oil filters.

I will include a hydraulic stand along with extra tubes and tools.

This is a green sticker bike but is not Calif street plated. If that is a big deal lets talk, I have options for you.

if it was a 525 or even street legal, i would be interested... gas saving reasons...

 

The 450's are faster than the 525's. Just don't have the same low-end grunt (like that's a problem with the 450's).

lol.. i know bikes, i grew up on dirtbikes if you havent noticed by my name.. anyhow.. i dont have 5k right now... still am unemployed and trying to keep up with truck/rent payments.... thanks just was saying if i could afford one id get one.. 525 for reasons.. better on gas milage and its highway able.. 450s would rev too high on highway, a friend of mine has 525 supermoto as daily riding.

 

It's a little more complicated than that now, but not impossible. Green sticker + plate is the hot ticket.

Craig, I went out on my 450X on Saturday for the first time in over a year and a half...man...I can't believe what I've been missing! One ride again, and I doubt you'll want to sell it.

Anyone who wants a DH racing training tool...riding a bike like this will do more for you than anything.

Anyone who needs and can use more power than a 450 can offer offroad has a professional motorcycle racing career waiting for them.
