Nutrition wise at least. I tried the Carbo Rocket 333 just recently, and liked it. I was thinking of trying the Tailwind product.. Should I be looking at anything else?

I experienced a pretty hard bonk during the CC this year, Figured out that Honey Stinger and Nuun was not enough.

I'm new to this side of cycling.. most my previous races have been less than 2 hrs.. so, go easy on me ;)

I wouldn't be able to pump out my massive power without EPO. I could power a light bulb with my massive wattage. Well, a CFL at least ;).

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and a tall-boy of cheap beer. Also forgot, if I'm trying to eat while still pedaling, I'll pop a gel with caffeine.
