I have a '08 Norco A-line DH bike that has a frame recall. Yesterday I shipped the frame to Footloose Sports in Mammoth since they are the closest Norco dealer as I'm in Huntington Beach. Got a call today that they received it, switched over some of the parts (head set, etc) onto the new replacement frame and its boxed up ready to ship back to me tomorrow.

Stoked on how fast they turned it around and the call back letting me know about it.

My buddy blew out his Fox RP23 shock while riding Mammoth so we took it into Footloose and the guy rebuilt it while we shopped. He only charged us $20 for the labor and then proceeded to hold a clinic on the proper way to set it up. Awesome techs with great service.
