    Hey everyone,

This was my first race today since joining STR. I just wanted to thank everyone that came out just to support the STR crowd.

It really meant a lot to me and I'm sure all the rest of the STR family as well.

    Props to you guys.

    Mott

    Fontana Challenge results

so how did everyone else do??

I won beginner men cross country 13-15 by 15 minutes... 8-[ didnt mean to and it was an accident so ill probly move up so i dont get called a sandbagger.

Then i had an hour break and had my first super D race, which i also won... my time was 9:49 which won the beginner class by about a minute and Jason simpson's time was 9:45 which one the expert class :?:
needless to say, they made a huge error or i got lucky... oh and by the way, me and hjason fell. i endo'd and got some cool battle wounds ( good thing i shaved my legs so theey heal faster and are easier to clean ;))

and last but not least, i got 10th out of 38 in mens beginner 13-15 Downhill, which im happy with considering i have never placed well in downhill races.

i think i had a good racing weekend. what about everyone else?

I'll post up race reports tomorrow. I got 1st in Sport XC (there's no way in hell I could do three laps out there and survive).

I had signed up for Sport DH, they listed me in beginner. I bumped up to Expert and finished 2nd.

Great weekend. I had SO much fun. Hearing people cheer you on just totally makes the entire experience.

Nice meeting you again Jeff and congrats on your run. I will also be joining the winter series as I also had a freaking blast. Oh, and btw, this frame does bring good mojo.:)

I think the STR peeps were the only people left cheering when it was time for all the noobs to start coming down the course today. Rock on.
