I have had my new Cannondale Jekyll for a couple months now and I am starting to feel a little better about jumping it. I know these are relatively small jumps but hey, you have start somewhere.

Great effort. Put on some knee pad if you're gonna try something more fancy.

I retired from jumping since the old BMX days. It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt.

woohoo! I have the exact same Jekyll. I've only hit some small jumps so far, landing was rough as it wasn't a table/double it was just a lump of dirt making you land hard and flat. My elbow still hurts as a result... doh

Thanks guys. Those jumps are kinda smack dab in the middle of Vail. If you go up the valley closest to the parking area past the old motor home they are just a few minutes up. There are quite a few in that area. They call it the BMX track but its not really a track. There is a pretty big gap up there but I have never seen anyone do it. It looks like some Motos might be doing it though.

Yeah, I think some pads and a full face helmet may be in order soon.

How do you like your bike? I love this thing. I've been playing with the pressures in the fork/shock to find that happy medium!

The Gap to the side of the wood bridge in the vid that Longboarderj posted? If so I have watched a few people clear it ... but its way beyond me.
