Dog Bite

    What are your thoughts? Trash it or ride it until the bubble gets larger? Its a small bulge the size of a mosquito bite.
    Caught the dog gnawing on this Continental Speed King 26" tire. The bike was in the garage
    and I rarely ride it but the tire is only 3 months old. BTW- he didnt pop the tube, proves Continentals
    have good sidewall protection. I have a Minion DHR II on order. IMG_20160115_172455.jpg

    I was riding the lava one day on brand new tires and tore a lug off down to the cord. Scrapped it out that night. Crap happens, probably no risk at all but remember when your 5 miles back and need to walk out or worse. Then the price of a tire seems trivial.

    ...right....Fido gets to keep this tire as a backyard toy, putting a new tire on. Ugh, I don't like walking back :)

    That's a nice thing to do for your doggie, the rat bastard. Shrugging this stuff off is part of owning a rat bastard, though. Good on ya.
