I normally buy my schtuff from PricePoint or Jenson's but was looking at some gear on Bike.com. Has anyone ever purchased from bike.com and if so, how was your experience? Good bad? Made no nevermind? ;)

They are basically the same a Beyond Bikes. I wouldn't recommend them. They take forever to ship. They wont tell you for days that an item in not in stock, when in reality I should have had the part since it only coming from SD.

You will eventually get your stuff, but you will be in the dark about when it will ship until it gets there.

yo! look into The Path bike shop....BusterB and I went there yesterday and it is an AWESOME shop...tons of items in stock the staff actually know what they are talking about and any orders over $75 get free shipping..they even gave me a 10% discount for being on STR and best of all it is in the OC and you probably get your stuff the next day if you order early

You could also try getting stuff from Wiggle.co.uk, chainreactioncycle.com, or probikekit.com. They are all based in the UK, but with the exchange rate, you can save a fair amount of money depending on what you are buying. Wiggle offers free shipping on any order over 50 pounds, which ranges from $75 to $80. Probikekit has free shipping to the U.S. currently, and an active 10% discount code is PBK10. Chainreactioncycle has free shipping on orders over $230. I have gotten my stuff in 6 days or less from all three.
