    We are pleased to announce that STR is joining forces with the biggest name in mountain biking forums - mtbr.com!

    An official announcement will be forthcoming from mtbr with details of the ownership change, but we wanted to let everyone know this is a positive change and we look forward to continuing the discussion of all things mountain bike here.

    Going forward, George will focus on creating a website devoted to import tuner cars however the rest of the moderating team will remain in place.

    Ultimately, STR will merge with mtbr's So Cal forum but until then, everything will remain the same with the exception of closing the chatbox, social groups, and Pub forum. These changes will occur over the next week or two. We ask for your patience during this transition period.

    A few word changes would have made all the difference in the world

    Original statement
    "Going forward, George will focus on creating a website devoted to import tuner cars however the rest of the moderating team will remain in place."

    Revised statement
    "Going forward, George will focus on creating a website devoted to Modern Warfare 2 however the rest of the moderating team will remain in place."

    I would have fallen for it! :lol:

    You forgot to add that Guero will be riding three times a week, Disco will behave himself if he gets just one more chance, Hugh is selling off his SSs to become a shuttle-monkey, and Dirtvert is re-registering as a Republican. :lol:
