    185 this morning , good enough considering that is actually about 25 lbs since end of March.

    What would be very interesting to see is people weight in a week or two.

    It's been a good two months. I had my ups, and my downs, but once I saw that I was actually losing weight, I was really stoked. Thanks Dino, Jeff^d and the rest of the staff for putting this on and giving me an excuse to finally do something like this.:clap:

    I also now have the mindset to keep going like this, riding and running regularly. Hopefully it pays off soon.

    Also, it turns out that if you weigh yourself on carpet, much like I have been doing this whole time, your weight displayed is higher than it actually is. DOH#-o http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn2462-people-weigh-less-on-a-hard-surface.html
    So this means I actually weight about 20ish pounds less than I've actually been inputting! (Don't worry, I've kept my input weight as the same as when I started)

    Just tried that- I'm a pound lighter on the tile than on carpet. Too late now though, I a;ready put my weight in.

    I thought I'd push myself over the hump by backpacking 4 days but the snow conditions on our trip were not so favorable! So we ended up in Chico visiting a friend and eating out and having a good ol' time. Was up almost 5 when we returned!!! But with 1 all day at Magic Mountain and a 10 mile hike I'm back to where I was. The Same!! Oh well. It's been funning reading everyone's progress and going on weight loss rides. And it's motivated me to keep on keeping on.

    I am so glad that weight challenge over because 4th July food taste so good and can't wait to get started back on ontrack tomorrow to keep on lossing weight still have a personal goal to get!!!!
