On 1.16.15, the day after the big 59, I set out to ride my non-geared 36er unicycle 150 miles in 1 day! And since a unicycle can't coast, that meant pedaling continuously for the entire 150 miles, 16 hour journey, which translated to just about 85,000 wheel revolutions. It turned out to be just as much a mental battle as a physical one!

I used my GoPro hero2 and shot most of the video hand-held, while riding. This was by far my most challenging endeavor, ever! But I think you can tell that the guy on the unicycle was having a blast!

Amazing. What was the route? The part I watched was along the beach, was it an up and back? You're in a class by yourself.

Thanks guys. The first half of the route was comprised of 4 out & backs from the start of the path at Torrance beach, to MDR bridge and back, plus another 4 miles, then the last half was about 25 out & backs between the start of the path and RB pier.
