Types of Information we collect

Name, age, and other basic information may be collected when registered for the STR forums. IP addresses will be logged when posting on the forums. There are some PayPal pages that are linked from this site that may ask for more information such as credit card numbers such as for jersey orders.

How We Use Your Information

All personal information collected on STR is only used by STR. IP addresses that are logged on the forum when posting are used for security purposes and to as a way to preserve the integrity of the community. IP addresses may be used to track down trouble members.

Your email address is collected when registering for our forums for a few reasons. The forum software sends a confirmation email to the address supplied to prevent fake or spam accounts being registered. The address is also used to notify members about private messages and other things. Many of these notifications can be turned on/off in the User Control Panel. STR does not send any "SPAM" type emails.

Who We Share Your Information With

NO INFORMATION IS SHARED WITH 3RD PARTY COMPANIES OR PERSONS. Only STR staff and volunteers have access to any of the information mentioned above.

What You Can Do

You can configure some email notifications coming from the STR forums. This is done in the User Control Panel.

Protecting Your Information

We have and will continue to take any reasonable steps to protect your personal information here on STR. If you ever receive a suspicious email claiming to be from STR, please notify us immediately.
