Hey man just wanted to say it was cool riding with you last weekend. Also I wanted to vouch for the STP from BigRedHit. He's a standup guy I've ridden with before and it's a good bike.
Not really, the 3 guys I used to ride with end up quit riding because of no time, and one become an freestyle motox rider instead.. try post up some thread in the "trail heads" forums.. maybe your lucky finding some riding buddies.;
I actually am orgionally from North County San Diego, there was a few DH out there, but some are gone due to construction.. there was some near carlsbad raceway which these buildings (factories, etc) took over already.. there is some fun freeride dh at lake calavaries, ramona, poway, valley center, etc.
