Would you pay 1K for this?

I was offered to buy this '06 IH 7.7 for $1,000.00 "NO FORK" the fork that's shown here is mine 'coz my friend wants to know how it is with DUAL CROWN. everything is stock "saint brakes and shifters, FSA cranks etc... I know for a fact that this was NEVER ABUSED.... my only dilema is I have a Intense SS and it "seems redundant" or "is it redundant" to have 2 similar travel bikes?
my SS is a great bike and so is this :?: what are my PRO's and CON's between the two :?:

Don't buy it. Problem solved

Ask yourself this: Why do you want that 7.7? When would you ride a 7" bike instead of a 6.5" bike?

 

I guess I was kindda drawn into the Cheap Price that I forgot about the 8lbs difference in weight too! :lol:

its a good bike, handles more like a big bike vs the slopestyle

 

you only live once. doooo ittttttt.

 

Upside: not a bad deal
downside: the time you are riding this bike you are not riding your SS

If you get this one I'd sell the SS and maybe come out ahead or just pass on the IH and save/spend the money elsewhere.

 

Buy it for $1K and sell it for $1100...make $100 tax free $$$...better the the stock marrket or interest at the bank....
