    Fixed. To be fair here.

Ochowicz is conspicuously absent, unavailable - whatever, through all this. Talk about guys who need to get their stories straight.

If Armstrong doesn't name too many people tomm. nite I'm guessing that the Carmichaels and Ochowicz types have dodged another bullet and can continue to lay low. Their problem, as always with this mess, is what version of the 'truth' do they admit to?

Ochowicz has a lot to lose here (BMC position) if he gets outed after offering up a sketchy/inaccuraate account of his involvement in the '90's drug carnival.

Landis referred to Carmichael as the 'beard' who was either naive enough to believe Armstrong or simply not that much of a real coach anyway as Landis stated.

No one really cares that NFL players use roids though.

Cracks me up every time I read his name and see his picture. Guy is in the wrong profession. Should've been a porn star.

So which of the following dopers is the worst person:

    Tyler Hamilton

    Floyd Landis

    Lance Armstrong

I think you're saying Lance is worse than Floyd and Tyler, right?

But Hamilton admits he began doping before he ever met Armstrong. And he sullied the Olympic games by winning a Gold medal by doping whereas Lance focused on the Tour--a race that has been a dopefest since its inception in 1903. Hamilton too decided on incessant denials and claiming his innocence until he lost everything and was facing perjuring himself when indicted by federal prosecutors investigating Armstrong, at which point he finally confessed...and then wrote a book and went on a book tour...which he is profiting handsomely from...

Landis denied doping, took money from people for his "fairness fund", wrote, sold and promoted a book "Positively False" (which was) that was totally based on lies and blackmailed Greg Lemond who confided in Floyd that he was sexually abused as a child. Floyd also was found to have hacked into that French lab's computer system and stole documents, or attempting to do so. Only after losing everything, including his marriage and all hope of racing did he choose the noble course of attempting to blackmail Lance Armstrong, Johan Bruyneel, Amgen, Andrew Messick and countless others. When that failed too, he came clean and admitted he doped and ratted on everyone at a point in which he had zero credibility.

Armstrong is a jerk and bully and deserves what he has lost, but people who don't recognize the fact that there is a double standard are annoying. Six month suspended off-season sentences for everyone else? Please...

But the US Postal Service was not harmed by Lance's doping--quite the contrary. Nor was the Tour Down Under, who is supposedly suing him for millions because he doped--give me a break, he helped put that race on the map and make it what it is. People are being stupid and some are trying to take advantage of the situation for their own financial benefit.

Betsy and Frankie Andreu and, I hate to say it, Greg Lemond, David Walsh, Armstrong's former masseuse, his former personal assistant, the Company who paid him the bonuses for winning the Tour, Fillipo Simeoni and others have legitimately been harmed by Armstrong and deserve public apologies and financial dispensation.

The US Postal Service, the Tour Down Under, Floyd Landis, Tyler Hamilton, Levi Leipheimer, George Hincapie and many others were not harmed by Lance Armstrong, quite the contrary--many of his former teammates made the same deal with the devil as Lance, they just weren't as good on the bike so they weren't captain / calling the shots.

Zabriskie, perhaps Barry and some of the younger guys might be able to claim otherwise, but if Armstrong wasn't the team captain pushing the dope, it would've been Hamilton, Landis or another rider during that timeframe.

I'll watch the circus tomorrow on Oprah, then again on Friday night--she's milking this for all it's worth and then some.

And then, hopefully, I'll watch Lance Armstrong fade into history which is where he belongs. No one will ever be able to watch the man cross a finish line and not wonder if his placing was earned legitimately; and that, he did to himself.

I hope for Lance's children, mother and family and friends, that he does come to terms with what he has done and that he does redeem himself legitimately, not to benefit himself and allow him to compete again (a privilege he should lose forever, in my opinion)--but to benefit those who he harmed and the sport of cycling itself.

I'm just soooo happy that the Manti Te'o incident/hoax is out of the bag. Now my favorite sports radio shows have stopped with the 24/7 Lance reporting.

By the way, have you noticed that whenever Lance is being interviewed that Lennay Kekua isn't tweeting? Hmmmm, is Lance coordinating a social media distraction to push the Oprah circus into the shadows?

After 15 years of world-class BS, I'm split between wanting to hear this whole damn resolution in its entirety straight from the horses ass without a highlights reel or paraphrased spoilers from the news vultures, and not wanting to hear another word about it at all.

Eh... Morbid curiosity always seems to win out.

I'm kind of suprised how so many of you know all these details about who did what (regardless if it's true or not), and that how much effort some of you guys must go through to know all that stuff. I've been a cyclist for most all my life, yet I really don't care about what all these other cyclists do. All this talk about how all the sponsors are going to pull out and the sport going down the tubes really seems meaningless to me.

Personally, it doesn't make a difference to me one way or another: I'm still going to enjoy riding my bike.

I don't get OWN so I went to the website and it's playing live. It's a good 50 minutes into things now, but if anyone else doesn't get OWN and wants to watch some of it it's here - http://ownspecial.oprah.com/lancearmstrong.html

I'm guessing they'll eventually have a video, I missed the first few minutes myself.

Remaining LanceFanBoys are passing out in droves.

This is just the start of LA's journey into infamy. His cycling ability to sit for long periods will serve him well in courtrooms in the not too distant future.

Yikes, this is sad. It's a man letting himself be torn open on video. Whew...

Feel like I'm watching a guy who worked for Enron...as in..."of course - we were playing to win!"
