Might be the same issue that some others are having: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBIV-7744. I'm sure the vB team is looking into it and if it proves to be a vb+chrome issue then it should be fixed in the next mini update. Not a whole lot that I can do though except just recommend using Firefox or any other browser. :(

Edit: one of the comments on that link said a user profile in chrome was to blame. I can't confirm this but may be worth trying. Here's a link for help on that: http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=142059

I came in to make a request/comment and went back a couple pages to make sure I wasn't going to repost something already said. In the process of reading all the issues, I forgot wth I was going to say!
I will say though that it seems like you really have your hands full getting the page back in order. I've never ridden with ya or even met ya George but thanks for all your work with the site!
I'm sure you have an idea how Santa feels now! lol

Thanks again, George. Tried the user profile fix, but it had no effect. Keep me posted on that mini update should one come available. I'll try not to bug you with this issue again 'til then.

Yeah, I've been hearing that a lot lately.

Damn. Well thanks for trying. I mentioned it in the vBulletin bug tracker thing. Hopefully they address it or shed light on what's happening.

vBulletin released 4.05 today (we're on 4.04) but I don't see the Chrome issue on the list of fixes in the update. Here's the list of bugs fixed in 4.05. If I have time tonight I'll do the upgrade then.

I miss the "I posted here" list on the home page - is there a way to customize your page once you sign in? If not, what's the easiest way to follow your posts & threads? From your profile?

I've had a few PM's about that and yes it is on the list of things to be worked on and come back. Until then though you could use your profile or use the subscription features on threads which notify you if there are replies.

It seems that I lost my doohickey either with the upgrade or with my auto-renew a couple of weeks ago. Is that to be expected? No biggie on the doohickey, I just want make sure the subscription $ is getting delivered properly. Thanks!

I'll fix your doohickey soon. That paypal API thing has been another pita.

Oh, Dell and anybody having Chrome issues - the bug tracker page on that issue has been getting a bit of traction and one of the vbulletin employees is on it now.
