... of the left hand! Summer 1991: broken left wrist(fell off swing set)... Fall 2010: broken left wrist(Pismo Beach quad fail).... 2013: possibly broken more then likely sprained left wrist( DH fall in Santa Barbara)...
I have that same broken left wrist curse: - 5 years old - roller skating - 16 years old - BMX - 27 years old - mountain bike - 37 years old - dirt bike The pattern is every 11 years, except for the last one at 10 years. And each break is worse than the previous. I now use the OTS wrist brace from http://www.allsportdynamics.com/ but I have not had any bad falls on it yet.
it's not broken, just sprained so the doc says after the x-rays today.. i for sure will be getting some wrist guards now
the curse continues!.. DH'ing this past Sunday up on Pint Mt. road in the Pozo area. rear wheel washed out from under me, fell and broke the last bone on the left thumb. Kept on going and finished the run. Xrays yesterday concluded it the fracture. It didn't hurt to much being I was able to finish the run but will be out for 4-6 weeks now.. oh the joy! :bang:
