Honestly, all is good, I have the wheels and I love mcdonalds:lol:,I just wish I was aware of their policies before buying, sure, this is something i should have looked into, now I know. Really, I didnt appreciate having an employee spectate about my financial decisions, I thought it would be best to tell the truth as to why I was wanting to return, instead he thought it was laughable. Truth be told the summer school is paid for, the wheels will be ridden, and I wont go back to REVO, And I think thats okay.

So in the span of (checks watch) 46 minutes, we've gone from your shock and unbridled anger at their TERRIBLE service, to the threat of cancelling the charge per your credit card and the possibility of destitution and the loss of your summer school education, to realizing you actually had the money all along, to now it all being cool?

    Hm.

Someone's right and someone's wrong. I'm not going to point fingers here. But being someone who deals with money for a living, I have some advice:

    1) debt is bad unless it makes you money
    2) discretionary spending is just that; money you can afford to spend on luxuries AFTER you have paid all bills, saved 10%, and for me, tithe.

I agree, if you have mentioned you've resorted to only eating McDs then they would have been compelled to refund you your money.

Well you are assuming they weren't legit , so I will share/brag. The one for 5K was for attorney fees for a Loan modification scam. This was a few years back when mods were still relatively new. The company did NOTHING for our case and later and after several months of trying to get a hold of them they were later shut down by the FTC who recommended I reject the charge. Others have been items that were sent that were not what I ordered and others were cases were I was just not happy with the product. In my eyes I took hard earned money back from scumbags with unfair policies. Merchants enter into an agreement with VISA/MC and they must abide by their rules one of those rules allows for are fair return policy. Every charge I have rejected was WELL within reason but it was nice of you to assume it was just "screwing people over" for the few on this board who know me I am a very fair person and you know what, I am HAPPY to brag about taking money back from shady establishments.

Did you read this thread? No fraud!
How else should I interpret you getting charges contested when referencing a legit business example?

I give Revo cycle one more year. They closed their Dana Point store a few months ago. Most of the stuffs they carry are overpriced. You walk into their Lake Forest store you can hear a pin drop. It's a shame because they have rooms full of bikes with good selections.
