You should start up a thread where everyone can post what they are going to bring to the swap meet. Not everything they are going to bring, but sort of like the main big things, so other people know what is going to be there. Maybe people can post some price ranges so we know how much money to bring.

I am bringing 4 Chumba Evo's to demo, schwag and some goods to unload so hoping it doesn't rain!
I am working on getting Rocky Mountain Bicycles out to demo also so that may happen.
Actually I'll have the Chumba Demo tent so all are welcome in case it "really" rains...does anyone know the "adult" beverage policy that day??

I am thinkin' shine only. Standing around in the rain...bike parts and water...not. If it rains we will try again after the Holidays. Lets look at the radar Sunday AM and we will make up our minds, then post on this site by 7am.

    Dean

Revised post: If we got a tent I say let do it rain or shine.

The adult beverages need to be inconspicuous remember we are in the "Courthouses" parking lot. In other words...no keggers.

The Chumba tent is a 20fter, I'll be bringing a table to put stuff on..but there should still be some room...does anyone else have any canopies?
As a O.G. SSer I was planning on PBR in the can and whiskey from the flask for the "adult" beverage but a keg would have been nice:beer: !
    Hopefully the weather holds.

Anyone have a plan "B" if it rains? News is saying the rain will hit late afternoon on Sat through Sunday.

It means that you can ride before the SM, after the SM. For that matter you could ride during the SM if you are bored.

I rather ride after the swap then go somewhere else to eat and drink. I don't think it's too cool to be drinking at the courthouse.
