    Just realized the line waiting to go over Ortega will probably be 3 miles long from the construction during rush hour.
    Best to wait til 7 or so to leave.

    Uhm.. depends. It is better than going 91 IMO. They move the line leaving OC a lot longer than leaving IE. So it may not be that bad. Up to you, though.
