    Damn Kelly!!!!! Healing vibes going out to you, heal up and start hammering again. Love the cast, I can't think of a better way to have it for driving the freeways though. BTW, don't drink milk, calcium is bad for fractured hands (my LH has never been right after a 93' Daytona incident.)

    Guys I'm no doc but the first time around Kelly hand to be one of the worst patients I've ever seen. Riding with the brace, hitting oaks as her "smooth bike paths", doing her own PT... The list is endless.

    This time around she's really being good. And the doc is much more conservative...he stuck her in a hard cast...lol

    Ouch, normally the slow approach compresses the front shock and one goes OTB. I guess that would have saved the hand, but nobody likes to go OTB. Nice X-ray, looks like it hurts. Nice ring too, you can see the prongs. Good healing to you.

    WTF? I thought this was an old thread dug up by accident. I guess not. Wow. The finger hadn't healed and you had to have surgery again? Why no healing in 6 months? Were you bad?

    Hey; I went down Chutes Trail instead of the ridgeline, I didn't do Hawk. How much more conservative can you get??? Sheesh ;)

    Hmmmm. I guess that depends on your definition of "bad"? :lol:

    HA! I go back to the ortho Monday. I hope he'll free me for good then (fingers crossed). I actually have not been back to stairsteps since the "incident". It's a shame too, because now I'm sure it's cursed...
