The quiet half of Team TMI had a near-miss (it was nearly a miss) with a table saw. Thankfully no appendages lost, and prognosis for future riding seems reasonable. Get well soon, Ray! And be careful with them power toys
Yikes! Don't go editing your body parts, Ray - glad to hear this was a near miss. Them dang saws can jump up and change your life in a hurry. Post some pics and heal up quick!
As another amateur wood worker to another, prayers sent and am hoping for a speedy recovery. Get well soon.
He looked to be in fine spirits on Sunday's ride. As long as he can grab a handle bar and hold a beer.....Happy New Year's Ray!
Healing vibes sir!! I did mine with a circular saw and managed to get 2 saw blade teeth sunk into the tip of my finger. I skimmed the bone and the force managed to break my nail on the back side, and left blood splatter all over my window. i got lucky!
^^ ouch ouch!!^^. That gives me the shivers thinking about it. Here is where you can find a pic of mine http://www.imtbtrails.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1029&sid=8eb6698e8d3793929985c8241593348a Thanks everyone for the healing vibes. Very much appreciated. I am healing up OK. A little sensitive to the pressure on top of the what is left of my finger nails.
Hey Ray... there is a hole in that nail...ouch! Glad it was just a close call. Actually its a Happy New Year
Hey, at least when you shed blood on the trail, you usually have a really cool story to go along with it. Workshop accidents are not cool stories. Heal up Ray.
