in the Acorn they have a photo of a local cat at the bottom of the hill. It must be very hungry to be in someone's backyard. It is probably the same one that has scared the c**p out of me on the top of Space Mtn. When you are night riding and hear the branches breaking near by: you know it is time to make tracks FAST.

Happy trails in the food chain.

It was caught and released back up in the park. She was one of the kittens that was born last year near circle X. 14 months old 75 lb, her name is P-34
Happy life in the big hills

I saw that on this morning's news. Must have been quite the sight that close to the home.

"A mountain lion known to the National Park Service as P-34, the same cat that visited a Newbury Park neighborhood earlier this month, was spotted in Thousand Oaks the evening of Dec. 24 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road."
So basically she is living on Space Mtn. This is not a bad thing unless you climb as slow as I do. But it should be a big incentive to pick up the pace when dropping the Space Mtn switchbacks.
