This is similar to what we have up here on the site for Washington State, there may be some ideas for you guys to use from ours...not sure as I am not uber tech saavy...here is a link to our site up here. Use the link, click on trail info and then to see it all, click list of all trails.
actually, just click trail info and the map pops up....

The link for google maps isnt working for me?
It's working fine for me. If it's just not loading, your internet might be too slow
Anyone tried to use the map lately? None of the trail labels are visable.
It looks like the op took it off. Anyone want to start another?
^^ Seems to be working fine for me (Mac OS 10.6.6, Chrome). All the points are on the map and clickable.
iPhone okay was well...
Yep, iPhone works. Only have IE at work, can't test...
Works also in the latest revs of Safari, Firefox and Opera under Mac OS X10.6.6...
I can't seem to get any points to load up either. It worked about 3 weeks ago for me with trail points listed on the left and charted on the map. None of that today. IE 7 and 8.
tried again today, still no luck..
My internet is not slow, verizon...
IM trying to find trails around east county/north east county of san diego.
