Okay, get out your calendars so you don't miss this one!!! We had a great turnout for the last race. For those of you still on the fence, come on out and give it a try. If you're not sure about racing, come out and at least practice on Saturday!!

The sad thing is, Maxwell will be on a heavier bike and he's still going to pass me like I'm standing still (and be oh so nice about it too.)

I'm going to race this time. XC Sport women. Last time I didn't get to race for various reasons, but I'm in this time!

Allison and Steph - please go easy on me! :([-o-]

The only reason I'm not doing Beginner is because I want to ride more than 7 miles and I don't usually get warmed up before 30+ minutes.

Steph may be focusing on DH at the upcoming race.

I'm gonna do my usual and attempt to not die while I am at race pace 8-[

I really hope the guy who took first in my class doesn't move up, I hung with him most of the race. Last race was the best I've had and I felt great even after the sprint at the end with some guy in my class who I beat by 3 sec. anyone on the fence, just come out, do beginner (or sport), and you'll be hooked.

The course varies every event. Last week was a huge hike-a-bike but the week before had two small climbs and a fun singletrack descent. You should give it a go, worst case scenario you finish last, but I guarantee you will still have a smile on your face!

19-26 beginner DH for me, lets hope I dont crash! From the looks of it, I better get used to pedaling the Demo around on flat.
