Shimano Customer Service...

    ROCKS!!

    I had a "questionable" warranty claim on a crankset and they covered it no problem, no questions, and within two days! Then the chainrings on the replacement crankset were different sizes from the ones I turned in, and they are replacing those, no problem. It's refreshing to encounter such a hassle-free company.

    They just secured a life-long customer. :clap::clap:

    I deal with shimano almost everyday never a hassle, definlty worth running theyre stuff

    i haven't had to deal with shimano on bike parts yet but i have there fishing rods that were super old and broken and they gave me new ones no questions asked or anything and with my newer rods that had bent/broken rings they fixed it for free no questions asked either. i love shimano
