I noticed the other say when I was out there that they posted up new signs at the gate mid way up the 3rd B......however the opening through the fence had not been blocked off. If they want to keep people from continuing to go up the 3rd B and Robbers Peak, they really need to block of the pass-through at the gate. Still see a ton of riders ignoring the "Private Property, Keep Out" signs and gioing up like it uses to be.

    Just a thought.

You too? They really ought to put the signs in Swahili so I can read them. I mean, everything else seems to be in multiple languages these days......

It's posted so the owner won't be sued when some FNG falls on his land. That includes the kids that party and leave their trash laying around. I was there on Friday afternoon ,There was 15 dollars of empty cans laying around with the fast food wrappers to go with it.

I'd be pissed too if I was the owner. I often thought about how we should get a group together and go clean up the place. If we get enough people it would only take 30-60 minutes and it might go a long way toward the owner reconsidering or at least being lenient toward us bikers. Of course, the punk kids would trash it again but I still think it would be a good idea.

Haven't been to Oaks in a long while. What is the latest. Can you cross over from the top of the 3 B's (Oaks) to Barham to get to Chutes and Weir? If not, what's the best way up? Coachwip? Yucca?

ive always gone this route with no problems.....the signs are posted but ive never seen anyone turn around or go a different route because of them being there. in my eyes if they really wanted people not to go in there they would have blocked the whole trail off but instead they have a very nice enterance

Not sure if you went yet, but the gate is near the top of the 3rd B (from Oak Trail). If you respect the property line, you turn from there and go down Yucca. Near the top of Yucca you can connect to "Anaheim Hills Trail" which will link you to Barham Ridge. I usually go all the way down Yucca and start climbing coachwhip.

@wizard There is a sign on the way to Robbers Peak that says something about private property and no trepassing. If I remember correctly!!! Anyways, the gate has an opening there and a wooden block to step over. No real blockage of the trail. So I am not sure why they have the sign up!
