Room For Rent Costa Mesa

Hey guys... I am looking to rent a room out in my 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in Costa Mesa. Here is a google map showing the general location of the house in the "State Streets" neighborhood:

I will have to measure the room, but it's a decent size... About 12' x 13' maybe. Closet is about 6-7' wide, but you'd have space in my 2-car attached garage to put your bike(s) and miscellaneous gear.

There is also a full bathroom directly across the hall, which would be "your" bathroom, but it would also be the guest bathroom.

I have two small dogs, but they don't shed much and are super clean and awesome Because of this, I'm going to be really picky, mainly because I need to make sure you are cool with dogs and won't let them out, etc. How can you say no to these?




So anyway, I'm thinking $750/mo., which will include driveway parking and all utilities.
