    Free service can be a selling point. But if you're mechanically inclined to perform them on your own, you can use that as a haggling advantage. Nothing is really free.

    Sport Chalet has a great return policy, if you have the original receipt they will take it back. We take back 3-4 year old bikes and give them a FULL refund. This happens all the time.
