OTB? Hyperextended elbow? Here are some exercises :)

    Did you go otb and the elbow hurts? Need home exercises for recovery of a hyperextended elbow?

    I'm you're huckleberry!

    My regular routine is composed of shooting basketballs, dribbling bballs, pushups, twirling a PVC pole and some dumbbell fore arm curls (both sides and side ways). Putting your palms together in front of your chest and making a circle motion (similar to karate kid's wax on wax, but right in front of your chest, with hands together) is also really good.

    I was told it's going to take about 3 months to fully recover, with therapy.
