Orange Cycle and BikeAttack

Since I left, I have noticed just how much happier I am. People do not deserve to be treated that way.

Just trolling about this post looking for a good laugh and trust me it did the trick :lol:

My name is Derrick and I am John Sr.'s grandson. I know just how much of an asshole the old man is and I am part of his family nevertheless how he treats some customers. This is not an excuse for the old man.. he is just old and hornory and full of piss and vinegar, but everyone that is and has worked at Orange Cycle trys to do the best we can with higher end bikes and components. Just some of the hardships of having a small staff is maybe people dont give everyone the best service, but if you talk to anyone but John Sr. I can guarantee we try

Now.. Al was my big bro the 7 years he worked at the shop and over those years I have learned a little bit about mountain bikes. I promise to those who ever want to give Orange Cycle another chance (Not likely after what I read but hopefully ) talk to either Zac, John Jr. or myself (I work weekends). Both Zac and myself are active mountain bikers and John just knows his stuff. I promise if you talk to one of us we will change the way you think about Orange Cycle. We also match any and all prices and can order just about any part you could want at competitive prices with any shop.

I am not a SCT senior (yet) but I promise you come in and talk to anyone but the old man, I promise we will try our best to help you guys and change the way you think about Orange Cycle.
