Nice catch... It is indeed a manual bailout gear!
(temporary test... pretty sure the switch will officially be made to 1x10 soon)

What front setup are you going to run? I just put a 30t Wolftooth Components chainring on my XT cranks (with the wide-skinny-wide tooth profile), and I'm loving it.

Very nice bike Dino! I know you put lot of thought and energy into it, and it shows.

  5. Can I ask..... Rollback price at Walmart? Did you paint over the "next" sticker, or is it a "motive"?

HAha, just clicking through once in a blue moon and I see this thread.
Looking at the title, I'm thinking Dino's getting married!?!
    What a let down......congrats anyway.
Hoping to get back into it this season.
I went for a ride in aliso last friday with a co-worker.
Cholla->rockit->rockit0->lynx and I cramped on the way out.
    So out of shape.

Glad to have you back, it took you long enough time to figure out you needed a new bike.

Dave Weagle himself would have felt a disturbance in the force had you not bought a DW-link bike.

Great looking bike. Stoked to see you're going to be riding again - let me know when you want to get some Sierra dirt on that pretty white frame.

Wait... who is Dino again?... *_*

Bars look so clean with the twisters -- almost like an SS up front. Way clean. My friend Mikey G rides XX1 on his carbon SJ with twisters and it just wails (he took 2nd in Cat 2 45-47 MEN at Sea Otter on Sunday). I got to ride his rig in the Wheel World parking lot before he took possession. So nice and simple (and just ovr 18 pounds fully laden. Oh wait, sorry I brought up something with the maligned S*********ed logo... But, (*sputters*) you brought your saddle up first!

I almost pulled the trigger on a Mojo SL a couple of years ago after I broke my C'dale. That to me is the only bike that 'got away' (I still think about it a LOT...).

Still, I think you looked just great on Mike's XXXS blue and white Giant you rode in Ojai that one time. That was funny (and painful, I know).

Glad to see you're back, sir. Congrats.

    - shud
