Just to clear up the false impression you may have received from Calzone for not posting a resolution. The reason for him not doing so is he had an agreement with the owner of the shop to just let the thread die and everyone remain friends. We have been back to the shop since the reimbursement. I had them work on my bike and replace a headset for me with a new one and I was very happy with the price and the work that was done to my bike.

Hopefully this will finally put an end to this thread.

Ok so there you have it. Situation resolved. Calzone got the refund from Adrenaline. Calzone still a little unhappy because of the time lost and thats understandable. Im pretty sure Calzone didnt want it to end this way when he walked into the store with the intention of purchasing a bike. I understand why Adrenaline didnt want to respond to this thread is because they dont want to add fuel to this fire. Adrenaline did the right thing by refunding so no further problem arises in the future. Thats just part of running a business, you win some and you will loose some (hopefully not a lot). I heard many good and bad things about Adrenaline. Shit is bound to happen when dealing long term. No escaping it. Just let this be a lesson to everyone who is planning on purchasing something in the future. Always make sure you are clear with the seller or better yet have it noted on paper. Good luck in finding your new ride and hopefully the next with be an enjoyable one like a boy unwrapping his gift on Christmas day.
